Periodontics (Gingivitist/Periodontal Disease)
Sarah and Pilar (our dental hygienists) are trained to prevent and treat periodontal disease. We provide deep gingival (gum) cleanings, Periowave and Diode Laser Therapy (which is pain-free laser disinfection of the oral cavity), Oral Irrigation (below the gum irrigation of medication).
Preventative Dentistry

We love children and our main priority is giving each and every child a FANTASTIC dental start. Each child is an individual and should be treated like one. For those children who are fearful at first, we use simple patience. Children who keep coming and having good experiences will soon see that fear disappear. Children after 1-2 visits to our dental hygienists Sarah and Pilar love coming and actually ask their parents to come back.We treat children as young as 1 year old. We recommend that children start seeing us regularly by 2 years old.

Oral Cancer Screening
At each of your dental visits you will be screened for oral cancer. A simple oral cancer exam consists of both visual and palpation of both the oral cavity as well as the head and neck regions. Besides this simple 5 minute exam we also offer ViziLite (www.vizilite.com) which is a quick, painless exam for the early detection of oral abnormalities that could lead to cancer. Precancerous cells can be identified which may not be visible to the unaided eye and can be addressed at a much earlier stage.
